Bardot is one of the most beautiful clubs we’ve played. The show there last night was intimate, eye-to-eye and great fun. The walls of the club were adorned with a mix of kinky-sex art, antique collections, book-shelves (featuring works on architecture, music and sex) and sculpture. You could buy a bottle of rose for $795, if it took your fancy. An uber-cool club – and there we were, standing in the middle of it playing through one of the finest PA’s imagineable.
The club was pretty packed for the 90 minute set. We were exhausted by the end. I raced to the bathroom to change my clothes. Even with the air-con, I apparently had steam coming off my arms and head.

We all felt great about the show, hung out for a bit, then packed the car for the ride home back to Lake Worth. While loading, some poor guy was getting his truck repossessed in the car park. Problem was, the tow-truck guy hooked up while the ‘owner’ was asleep in his vehicle. There was a lotta yelling, pushing and shoving – and I was waiting for a pistol to come out. In the end it all fizzled and the repo-man won.
We’re about to drive up to Orlando for a show there tonight at A HOUSE. Looking forward to it – and catching up with Jesse and Eric.
